Happy Monday my peeps! How are you? How was your weekend? Do anything fun and exciting? On Saturday me and the hubster went to see the movie, "Country Strong" with Gweneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw. The movie ended up being quite sad and depressing but the acting by everyone involved along with the music was outstanding! Have you seen the movie yet? If so, I would LOVE to hear your take on it.
Yesterday, I spent a total of 7 hours - YES 7 HOURS working on Saturday in my daughter's room trying to get it cleaned up and cleaned out and things thrown away. She had collected so much stuff over the last 5 years that it was absurd and I'm not even kidding. She had stuff stuck in all kinds of nooks and crannies and purses and jewelry boxes and other storage boxes, etc.... I just couldn't believe all of the crap she had for us to get rid of. Needless to say, we did manage to get all of her room completely cleaned and things hung up - now I just have to paint her room and also redo her chest of drawers that my husband got for FREE on the side of the road and she will be good to go. We are re-doing her room in a Broadway/New York theme and it will be so cute once it's complete.
