Happy Tuesday lovies! Thanks for stopping by and saying hello yesterday. If I've not made it to your blogs or returned your comment yet, I promise to get back to you today.  I was so exhausted last night that I didn't even make it on the laptop while watching my tv shows. Anywho, today I'm linking up here with Amber, so come play along if you'd like! :)

-- to be excited that I won $25 in the football pot at work for Superbowl.  I never win anything, so I was thrilled - that will buy me lots of coffee! :)

-- to be over always feeling exhausted no matter how much sleep I try to get and how healthy I eat. Ya'll, I literally stay worn smooth out - even when resting all weekend.

-- to be THRILLED that Ben from the Bachelor finally got rid of big mouth Olivia. I got tired of seeing this every week.  I mean, close your mouth already - no one wants to see it nor smell your bad breath everyone keeps talking about - sheesh, be a lady

-- to be excited about going to our land in Arkansas this weekend, but less than thrilled at the same time, because it is so far away and will be a long exhausting trip. Luckily, I have Monday and Tuesday off, which will help.

-- to continue to love getting these in my messages every day - a new one or two, or three daily always makes me smile:

-- To absolutely DESPISE Mondays but love that they usually go by SUPER fast thanks to meetings and stuff all day.

-- To love Monday night tv and the drama behind this - though he seems like a really good guy:

And if he would just send her home all would be well - I can't stand her - blah:

-- That even though Olivia NEEDS to go, she is cray cray and I'm sure they are keeping her around as long as possible for the ratings.

-- To hate car problems - especially when the car is brand freaking new and has less than 3500 miles on it! Grrr.... Hopefully it is just a loose wire or something.

-- To still be aggravated over the loss of the $40 at the track this past weekend.  Grrrr..... I know, I know, let it go, right?! Especially since it was just as much my fault as the ticket lady.

-- To wish we had another 3 day weekend this week. The holidays have me spoiled - ha ha

-- To wish we could have gotten some snow like our peeps back home and our peeps in the Northeast. Though definitely not to that extreme - I definitely do not miss shoveling all of that snow and trying to get to work in NYC with all of that mess. :)

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

Happy Tuesday, guys and dolls! Hope you had a fabulous weekend and it was long like mine. :) Sorry I didn't get a chance to pop in and say hello yesterday, but I was literally running all day from my normal 6 a.m. time due to Mr. A having to get u early for work yesterday.  So since I was up anyway, I just got up and got my day started earlier than planned.

However, since I am running SUPER late this morning, I am going to just say this:

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

Happy Tuesday sweetums! Hope you had a fabulous Monday!  Mine wasn't too bad and it went by SUPER fast thanks to meetings all day and other jobs I had to tackle.  That always makes me happy when a Monday goes by FAST! :)  Anywho..... on to Hey, It's Okay Tuesday:

-- To need a LOT of this today, thanks to trying to catch up on my sleep and still having to work this week after a super quick trip home for the holidays:

-- To still be drinking pumpkin spiced coffee - I'm trying to finish it up so it doesn't go to waste.

--  To be glad when I can play more with my new Insta Pot. I got it on sale through Amazon's deal of the day, the day after Thanksgiving for $87.50, along with a whole lot of other people - HA!  While I'm enjoying trying it out, it has been a huge pain in the butt to try and learn.  I tried out a pork tenderloin in it recently, however, and it turned out GREAT and was cooked in only an hour start to finish!! Win/Win  :)

-- To have enjoyed a compliment that an older gentleman in Hallmark gave me yesterday.  He literally grabbed me by the shoulders and turned me around and stared at me a second and when I said, "yes, sir?" he simply said, "I love your hair - it is so pretty and looks wonderful on you."  So I graciously thanked him and he said, "you know I'm flirting with you, right?" I laughed and said, "that's okay, I'll take all of the flirting I can get".  Ya'll, he was 90 years old and he was just too cute! His son and I got a big laugh out of him!

-- To be sad that the holidays are coming to an end.  The last 3 months of the year are my all-time favorite and I just love being in the spirit of it all.

-- To have hit up Michael's 70% off sale last night with my gift card in tow and scored a LOT of great purchases.

-- To be hitting up Hobby Lobby's 80% off sale this week sometime to see what may be left over.

-- To be THRILLED that the weather has finally gotten COLD here in Texas. I mean, come on - it IS December, right? 80 degree temps during the holidays does NOT make me happy one bit.

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

Happy Tuesday guys and dolls.  Hope your Monday was great, or at least tolerable.  My day was extremely busy and the day flew by, thankfully. Once I got home, it seems the night was busy as well because it was already 8 p.m. before I even realized.

Today is Amber's normal link up party, so come play along if you've never joined in before.  I always love reading everyone's answers. :)

-- To have a special project going today that could change things in my world - wish me luck!

-- To be looking forward to Christmas next week because I get to go see my mommy for Christmas this year and I'm SO excited! I miss being around ALL of my family at the holidays

and I also get to go see and spend a few hours with these special babies too and hold my precious grandson back in my arms - it's been way too long for this Gigi:

-- To have hated that Mr. A had to get up at 2:30 for work this morning.  He's already been working so hard and now he's really going to be worn out even more.  Hopefully, with his special project coming up this week, that will make a difference for him as well and things will change.

--  To be celebrating Christmas this Sunday with my son and his girlfriend, because we are not going to be home during the actual Christmas holiday - see why above ^

-- To have only gotten one of my son's Christmas gifts wrapped and under the tree so far

-- To need to pick up another small item or two for his girlfriend to unwrap

-- To still need to finish Christmas shopping for Mr. A so that he too will have something to unwrap under the tree

-- To need to get stocking stuffers still

-- To also need to get my sweet furbabies their stockings as well

-- To be SO behind on Christmas still - though, we are celebrating a few days early this year, which puts me behind even further

-- To feel like I am running around like this trying to get everything finished by this Sunday:

-- To hope that next year I am done with ALL of my Christmas shopping by Thanksgiving like I used to be

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

Happy Happy Tuesday doll faces! I hope you are one of the few who are getting to actually enjoy the week of Thanksgiving off and are relaxing by your fireplace sipping on hot chocolate in your pj's while staring at your CHRISTmas tree lights.  If you are - kudos to you and I am insanely jealous but thrilled for you! :)  

Anywho...today is the link up party with Amber, so come play along, won't you?!

*  To still be eating Halloween candy - milk duds are my absolute fave especially when they are right out of the freezer

*  To have given up completely on my healthy eating habits through the end of the year.  I just have had so much going on that I've not had the dedication within me to continue the Whole 30/Paleo process

*  To be extremely overjoyed that my precious grandson has finally made his debut in this world so that I can just gush over him constantly, even if from a distance - I mean, just look at him - how can you not love that sweet baby's face :)

*  To be thrilled that this is a short week, though I do have to work 4 days of the week, it is going to be a very quiet week at work, which will make it not too bad going to the office the day after Thanksgiving

*  To not have even planned my Thanksgiving meal as of yet.  I usually have everything already planned and bought and ready to cook by Wednesday, but the only thing I have so far is the turkey - HA!

*  To be wishing we lived back home in Arkansas so that we could be close to our family and be able to spend the holiday with them.  I miss having our huge family and friend Thanksgiving holiday at my dad's every year

*  To be behind and not have my CHRISTmas cards filled out and in envelopes and ready to go the day after Thanksgiving - I've been in baby mode and just haven't gotten them started yet

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday, guys and dolls! Hope you're having an awesome week so far and that the weather where you are is beautiful as well.  You know what today is, so come join us, won't you?! :) You can join in here.

-- To be SUPER excited - I got the call at 11 last night that my daughter was on her way to the hospital and I am going to have a grandson VERY SOON

-- To wish I lived closer so I could be there at the hospital in case she has him before I get there.  They were inducing her last night about midnight or so, so it could be a long drawn out process, or it could happen very quickly

-- To be wishing that we were leaving tonight right after work instead of 4 or 5 a.m. in the morning. I'm still going to work on my hubby and see if I can get him to change his mind - even if we have to stay in a hotel, because it is a 12 hour drive.

-- To be continuing to pray for the other one thing I want more than anything in the world - I know it's all in God's timing, but I am praying for it to happen soon

-- To be praying for all of those in Paris and their families as they suffer the loss of their loved ones, and for all of those hurt in the terrorist attacks.  Our world is slowly coming to an end, which is why I am praying for the above so much and for it to happen sooner rather than later

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

1.  To be SUPER SUPER SUPER excited to only be 6 days away from meeting my grandson.  I know ya'll are probably sick and tired of hearing all about my baby grandson on the way, but I just can't help it and am over the moon, as you can obviously see. :) (This is not him, but is my nephew, who just happened to be born on my birthday a couple of years ago) I just imagine pictures like this of my little grandson. :)  But, isn't my nephew the cutest thing!! :)

2.  To be ready for a few days away from work with my husband road tripping to meet our new grandson. :)  Would LOVE to run into some roads and scenery like this along the way.

3.  To be thrilled that along our road trip we will be running into COLD weather - not snow or ice thankfully, but I'm SO happy to have some cooler temps and be able to wear my fall/winter clothes like this as I'm SO OVER this Texas heat:

4.  To be SUPER excited that the holidays are upon us. This is literally my favorite time of the year.

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday

Happy Happy Tuesday friends!  Hope your Monday was as awesome as you are! Mine was spent all day in a banking class - literally..... alllllllllllll dayyyyyyyyyy long............ B-O-R-I-N-G - did I mention how bad I hate the banking field?! Blah....blah....blah..... Oh well.... I learned a lot so I'd say that was at least a WIN, right?! :)  Okay... on to the Tuesday roundup with Amber at Airing My Laundry, One Post at a Time.  Come play along and be part of the "cool" crowd, um kay?! :)

-- To be so happy for the invention of electricity.  After being without power for over 16 hours this past weekend, I forgot how nice it was not to rough it like the olden days - hey, I needed my coffee and stat!!!

-- To be super excited that my Hogs won against Auburn last weekend in a 4 OT game and we were able to pull it off in the clutch - WPS!!!

-- To be glad that my new meds have officially gotten into my system how they should be that they are no longer giving me vertigo - sheesh - talk about a long time coming for that one

-- To be so happy that this weekend is turn back the clocks to get an extra hour of sleep - whoop whoop!!!

-- To be thrilled that it also means that Fall, Thanksgiving and my new grandson being born are on the immediate horizon - I can NOT wait to kiss all over his cheeks and hold him and squeeze him and call him George - anyone remember that show.... best cartoons every when I was growing up:

Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday lovies! Hope your Monday went well yesterday.  Mine was nuts, but I expected that to be the case upon returning to work after being out of town last Friday.  You know what today is, so come play along. You can link up here.

To be excited that Fall is finally in the air, even more than before.  I can't wait until it is completely Fall here - I want to walk down this path

To be so happy that we are expecting rain later this week through the weekend - unlike a lot of people, I LOVE the rain

To be thrilled that the "fall back" time change is going to happen over the next few weeks - I LOVE when it gets dark early

To be shocked still that we are almost through the Month of October already - this year is literally flying and I truly don't know where all of the time has gone

To be looking forward to the holidays - CHRISTmas is my favorite time of year, besides Fall of course

To be happy that we are only 4 days from the weekend again - I am still super exhausted from our quick trip to Illinois last weekend and need more sleep to catch up on what I've missed

To be excited about all of the Halloween shows on tv - not the scary ones but the ones like Charlie Brown - I love Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin - it's one of my favorites

To be excited that beginning Halloween night also starts the new CHRISTmas shows on the Hallmark Channel

To be VERY VERY Happy that my grandson has chosen to stay inside his mommy's tummy and bake a while longer - 5 weeks is just way too early for him to come.  While I can't wait for his arrival, I'm very happy that he wasn't born this past weekend, though he was trying hard to be
