Hello my friends and welcome to Friday and the weekend! WOO HOO!!! How are you? How has your "short" week been? Great, I hope! It has flown by for me and I'm SO glad. It's been another really rough week and I'm just about at my wits end with things. I have been taking care of others for so long now and not being appreciated, that I have decided it's time to start taking care of ME, MYSELF and I for a change.
On Monday, I started my new healthy lifestyle and must say that I am doing fairly well. I'm eating healthy every day for the most part and even more than the most part. I did eat 2 tiny slices of a small frozen pizza tonight but I was literally starving to death! Grapes, Yogurt, Cheddar Cheese, Peanut Butter Toast, Sweet Potatoes and Carrot Sticks will only go so far - LOL
Anyway, I am on the hunt for some great healthy and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and would love to have you pass any along that you use and enjoy.
So what's on your weekend agendas? My mom and sister are coming to the house and we are all going to work on the cheese dip competition stuff - I can't believe how much work is really going to go into this competition but it is going to be a lot of fun, that's for sure. And, the fact that they are doing it with me is going to make it even more fun! I can't wait! I promise that once the competition is completely over, I will post the recipe for you to enjoy as well.
