Happy Weekend!

Happy Saturday my peeps!  How are you?  How was your week?  I hope it was good.  I actually got off at a decent hour last night (5 o'clock) and caught the 6:00 bus home but because of stupid traffic and road construction (DURING RUSH HOUR of all times - ARGH!!!) It took me well over TWO hours to get home on the darn bus! I was so tired of riding that stupid bus I was ready to stand up and sing and dance to see if that would hurry the old man driver up because he sure wasn't helping things by driving so darn slow and not getting in the fast lane! (and for those of you who know me well - you KNOW I can't sing or dance so it just might have worked - LOL)

Oh and to add insult to injury when I got home last night I walked into my basement being full of water (less than an inch at least) and we think that it is our septic system overflowing after all of the rain we've had lately - how GREAT is that - *sigh*

Anyway - do you have anything special on your agendas today or for the weekend?  I have to go back to the dentist to finish the cleaning that they couldn't finish last week due to the fact that I have to have a Valium before I can even get my teeth cleaned - now THAT'S pretty sad isn't it?!  They refuse to give me gas (for some strange reason) so they prefer to give me meds - how weird is that?  It, of course, pretty much knocks me completely out too which probably helps with the cleaning.  I also wear my ipod and listen to music to try and drown out the drilling noise.  I am 42 yo and still to this day absolutely terrified of the dentist and will cry immediately if I see a needle coming anywhere towards my mouth ever.at.all!  Since I am new to this dentist (over the last year) I warned them in the beginning how scared I was so they actually treat me with kid gloves and instead of numbing me with needles they numb me with gel stuff and a valium - LOL  I had to take one last night and then again this morning before the appointment.  Thank goodness I have my husband to drive me there and back or I would never make it. 

So after that our plan is to come home and watch our Hogs kick some Ole Miss butts hopefully! HA  And if you are an Ole Miss fan - nothing personal - but I truly hope my beloved Hogs win this game - especially after the hellacious game we had against Auburn last weekend and the refs - it.was.awful to say the least.
