Christmas 2010 Tour of Homes

Happy Monday my friends! How are you?  How was your weekend?  Ours was good but busy as usual.  Friday night we went to bed early as we had to go to our rent house in Connecticut to work on Saturday all day to get it cleaned and repainted for our new tenants to move in.  Our two teenagers went with us and we put them to work - amazing at how helpful they are when they want to do something afterwards - LOL  Needless to say, we got a lot accomplished that day and now it's nice and clean and ready for the new tenants to move in.  Hopefully, by this summer we can sell it and get rid of it completely.  We currently own 3 houses in 3 different states and 2 of them are rental properties - anyone want to buy a house in Connecticut or Arkansas? LOL

Anyway, today I am linking up to the Christmas Tour of Homes with The Nester and Kelly from Kelly's Korner.  You can go here to learn how to play along if you'd like to showcase your Christmas decorations too.  Okay - without further adieu.... here are my 2010 Christmas decorations.

So...come on in, take off your coat, grab a glass of Champagne:

with a fresh out of the oven, homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie and put your feet up and enjoy the tour:

Our Christmas Tree:
One of my old Nativity sets that I've had for about 12 years now:
My son collects and LOVES Nut Crackers:
My newest and latest nativity set that my wonderful mother in law bought me last year:
A few of my favorite ornaments:
My newest ornament this year - Snowman from Macy's:
I love this red bird ornament - I got it at Pier One about 6 years ago:
 One of our angels:
An ornament I bought at Michael's this year - I love the sparkliness of it:
 I love Polka Dots!
My "Star" from Saks Fifth Avenue that I got on sale after Christmas last year:
More Polka Dots and cute reindeer with a scarf:
My Dining Room Table:
Some little villages: (the people wouldn't stay up on the "snow" this time for some reason):
Centerpiece I made this year: (The brown leather basket came from a yard sale for 50 cents)
My new Salt & Pepper Shakers that I just got - I love them! (They are from Hallmark)
More decorations:
My Santa Cookie Jar and Plate from Saks Fifth Avenue - another SCORE after Christmas last year:
More of our tree:
I know this is a little blurry but I love it for some reason:
And just to keep things real - this is my "wrapping" area - HA!

Well, thanks for stopping by and be sure to go check out the other home tours! I can't wait to see everyone's decorations so I can get ideas for my house for next year! :)

Happy Monday and thanks for stopping by to say hello!

Lots of love and hugs,
