Senior Pictures

Happy Thursday my friends!  Only one more day til the weekend - woo hoo!!!!  As promised yesterday, here are just a few of my daughter's senior pictures taken by her biological grandfather, who is a professional photographer.  I will probably have more taken of her later, though he did a great job on most of them.  I just would like some different outside shots of her later on - maybe in the fall or something.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy them! :o)

Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!

UnSTOPables

Happy Tuesday my friends.  How was your Monday?  Great, I hope!  My day was definitely better than it's been the last couple of weeks but especially the past week and weekend, so I can say my day was GREAT! :)

Anywho, I am a member of Vocalpoint.com and was sent a FULL size of the new Downy Unstopables (Fresh Scent) (In-wash scent booster) to try out.  All I can say is OH MY WORD - it smells SOOO GOOD and makes your clothes smell Fresh and Clean.  The scent is supposed to last a full 30 days, however, I've not had it long enough yet to give it that kind of rating.  But, I can say that I've been using it now for the last week and have enjoyed the fresh scent.  And since I am an honest person - I can also tell you my "goof" with it - ha!

This entire time I thought it was a fabric softener just in bead form so I haven't been using any fabric softener in my clothes.  I started noticing they were coming out staticy and couldn't figure out why.  Welll...... DUH - I should have read the bottle and the pamplet they sent me and I would have known better! HA!  It's ONLY an in-washer scent booster NOT the fabric softener - LOL  Oh well... live and learn.  So, if you want to try out the Unstoppables or any other free product - please go and join Vocalpoint - it's free and easy to join and best of all, you could get some "FREE" products to try and who doesn't love FREE - I do! :)

Well guess I'd better run.  Thanks for stopping by to say hi and please let me know you were here.  Have a great day and I can't wait to hear all about your weekends.  Look for Senior pictures of my daughter soon - :(  She's all grown up and making this mama very very sad. *sigh*  I will post one as a teaser tomorrow. :)

Recipe Monday - Chicken Roll-ups

Happy Monday my peeps!  How was your weekend?  Great, I hope!  Mine was a really rough weekend and one I had to leave early on Friday from work for - but I think we are on upside of things now.  Needless to say, due to being sick on Saturday, I wasn't able to go to see my pappaw as planned. I was in a lot of pain and we thought I was having an appendix attack.  Not sure what it was - but I guess that didn't end up being it.  Anyway, I will be going to Jonesboro in the next couple of weeks now due to scheduling issues.

So.... today, I wanted to share a recipe that I got from my 20 year old niece that my kids absolutely L.O.V.E.  Hope you enjoy it:

Chicken Roll-Ups

2 cans Crescent rolls
Shredded chicken
2 cups Shredded cheese
1 Large Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Milk

On the stove, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk a handful of shredded cheese and cook until cheese is melted and everything is creamy.

In glass baking dish - fold out the rolls, place shredded chicken and bits of cheese on there and then roll up into a normal crescent roll.  Once your pan is full, pour the sauce all over the top and place in oven.  Cook on 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until the rolls are brown on top.

Oh my gracious - these things are SO addicting and definitely NOT good for a diet - LOL    I hope you enjoy them as much as we all have.

I'm running late so gotta go - will catch up on your blogs later today.  Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Lots of love and hugs,
