Happy Hump Day everyone! Since today is Veteran's Day I wanted to do a special tribute to those who have fought and continue to fight for our freedom.  I could have done just one picture and a "Wordless Wednesday" day but decided to show different pictures instead to remind us all how lucky we are that we are actually FREE unlike the other countries we go to war to help.  I hope that you will all remember to thank a Veteran today for all that they do and have done for us and remember that it is all because of their hard work and dedication that we are a FREE country and have the right to express our views/opinions, etc., even here in the blog world.

And I want to give a special THANKS to two of my favorite people in the world:
My grandfather (on the left) and his brother (my Uncle Beebe) on the right for all that they did to serve our Country.  Thank you pappaw and Uncle Beebe for all that you did to protect our freedom - I love you both very much!

So please don't forget to hug a Veteran today and thank them for all that they have done to keep us a safe and free country.   Happy Veteran's Day to those of you who have fought and continue to fight for the freedom of our Country.  Thank you for keeping us safe every day/night so that we can lay our heads down to sleep and not be afraid.  And thank you to those spouses and families who's family members are over there fighting for our freedom -  I am sending all of my love and prayers to you and your family for the safe return of your loved ones.

With much love and appreciation - T.H.A.N.K. Y.O.U.!

  1. Great tribute. We can never give enough thanks

  2. wonderful tribute...we must always remember.

  3. Great pictures. Is the man in front of the Vietnam wall Jimmy Smits? It looks like him. I liked the eagle.

I'm from several generations of veterans.

  4. We owe guys like this so much!

I can't believe you make all those cards ALL your own self?! You are amazing. I could never do that... I'm too impatient. lol
