Happy Thursday! How are you? How has your week been so far? Good, I hope! :o) First and foremost I am going to start off today with my great lunch date from yesterday with the LOVELY and VERY SWEET AV from Steinway Street. (I know her real name but she doesn't post it on her blog, so I don't think she'd appreciate me posting it here - :o)) We met at a wonderful restaurant a 1/2 block from my office called "Fig and Olive" and OMG it was SO YUMMY and SO DELICIOUS! The company was great and it was so nice getting to meet her IRL and spend some time getting to know her. I told you I thought she would be as cute and sweet as she looks on her blog and.she.was! She was actually so sweet that she brought me a very nice coffee mug from "the Met" and I lurve it! :o) She is lucky that she now has the complete summer off and is on a 2 month vacation visiting family, etc. I can't wait to see her pictures as I know she'll have a lot to share! Now that I've kept you in suspense long enough, here are the pictures from our lunch:
My food: (I had to take 2 pictures just to get the whole plate in) LOL
AV's Salad:
Terrible picture of me but cute one of her: (did I mention I hate wind) HA!
My super cute gift bag that she made (flowers are made out of coffee filters by the way)
My CUTE Coffee Mug:
So thank you, AV, for the great company, great food and my adorable gift. I look forward to seeing you for lunch when you return from your nice summer vacation and trying another one of those great places to eat on your list! :o)
Now onto the "business" part of this post: I am officially selling my Crackberry! *sigh* I never thought I would give up my Blackberry for an Iphone but, alas, I am and my loss is your gain! It is an AT&T Cingular Wireless Blackberry Curve 8900 and is less than 6 months old. It has a small knick on the top right corner and an even smaller one on the bottom left corner as well. There are some normal wear and tear minor scratches that you really can't even see on the back, but there aren't any scratches on the screen or front of the phone at all. It is in excellent condition and works perfectly. I am asking $150 OBO and since you buy it outright you don't have to worry about signing up for a new 2 year contract. I'm not sure if this phone is "unlocked" or not but I'm sure you can find out what you would need to do in order to use it with a different carrier. Here are a couple of stock photos as well as the specs in case you or anyone else you know that may be interested:
Available Features:
Camera (3.2 MP)
Wi-Fi
Built-in GPS
Enhanced Media Player

Well my lovies - that is all for today. I hope you have a great day and an even better evening. P.S. Stay tuned for the CUTE and FREE treasures I picked up off the side of the road on my way home last night. It entailed me going into the bar to have someone help me load them up in my truck! LOL
Hi - I have been BUSY this week with family, not much time to blog. I skipped my workout this morning so I could catch up with a few friends!
ReplyDeleteThe restaurant looks fantastic, and sounds like the company was too. :)
I can't wait until I get an iPhone. I so wish he had AT&T service.
Hope you have a great weekend!
Wow, that food looks AWESOME and now has made me hungry. I am glad that the date went well. I would have hated hearing "and then we met and she was horrible"...yah, that would have sucked.
