Looking for Cheese Dip Recipes

Happy Hump Day my friends!  How was your day yesterday?  Mine was busy, as usual! ACK!  I was hoping that coming back home would make my job and stuff slow down - but nope, not happening - HA!  Anyway, I am searching for ANY AND ALL cheese dip recipes you may have out there that you and your family love.  Do you have any you can share with me?

Hope you have a wonderful and blessed day my peeps.  Thankfully, Wednesday is here and that means we are even closer to Friday!  However, I don't know how it is where you live - but it is going to be another 111 degrees here today and that is actual air temperature NOT temps and humidity factored in - with humidity and temperatures all factored in - it makes it around 115- 120 - TOO DANG HOT!!! YIKES!

Weekend Recap - Family Visit

Happy Monday guys and dolls!  How was your weekend?  What did you do?  We finally made it to Jonesboro to see my grandfather and we took him to lunch and visited for a while.  It was kind of sad really because he truly did NOT remember me at all - though he claimed that he did (he has Alzheimers).  That was our Saturday and then on Sunday we hung out at home and did chores, etc.  I even made some homemade washing powder and homemade dishwasher soap.  I may do a post one day with the instructions if anyone is interested.  It was SO SO easy! 

Anyway, here are a few of the pictures that I took while visiting my grandfather on Saturday.  I hope you enjoy them.  I really hated that he didn't know who I was but at least me and the kids know who he IS and who he WAS and so we can hold on to those memories at least.

Happy Weekend!

Hello my favorite peeps!  I'm sorry it's been a few days since I've been on here but life has kind of gotten in the way sooo.....anywho.... how was your week?  Whatcha got planned this weekend?  Anything fun and exciting????  Me and the kiddos are on our way to see my grandfather that I wasn't able to see a couple of weeks back and I can't wait.  I will get to see my aunt, uncle and one of my favorite cousins as well so I am even more stoked!! :)

On another note, this past Thursday, I went with my girlfriend and had dinner for one of our good friend's birthdays and it was a BLAST.  It had been 6 years since I'd seen my friend, so it was really a lot of fun.  I forgot to take pictures of our meals, but we went to olive garden so things are pretty much the same and you get the idea.  However, I did get a few pictures of me and my girlfriends!
